The Geissele Maritime Bolt Catch gives users larger, easier-to-reach controls for faster bolt lockback and release. It fits any lower receiver built to accept a mil-spec M16/M4 bolt catch and increases the contact area to make function smoother when locking the bolt or releasing it after a reload.

NOTE: Required MIL-SPEC bolt catch spring and plunger are not included.  WHEN INSTALLING DO NOT LOSE YOUR OLD ONES!!!!

Compatibility with billet AR-15 lower receivers is unknown. Please also note that the extended controls of the Geissele Maritime Bolt Catch will partially cover the hammer pin hole. A small punch may be required to push the hammer pin out of the receiver from the left side, and the hammer pin must be installed from the right side of the receiver.
